Your responsibilities at a glance: You will be responsible for incoming goods inspection, in-process inspection, and outgoing goods inspection; you will create and maintain inspection plans in accordance with IATF 16949; and you will oversee all aspects of test equipment management—from calibration and CAQ documentation to training colleagues. In the event of non-conformities, you will make decisions, initiate corrective actions, and assist with failure analysis and complaint handling (8D, EMPB according to VDA/PPAP).
What you bring to the table: A technical background—e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or quality assurance specialist—as well as several years of practical experience in quality assurance. You are familiar with standard measuring equipment, work in a structured manner, and are not afraid to make decisions. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 is a plus.
