What you can expect
- Independent processing of customer inquiries and orders by telephone or e-mail
- Coordination of delivery dates and finding solutions to any difficulties that arise
- Supporting our customers with concerns about their orders
- Ensuring that our customers feel well looked after all round
- Support and maintenance of sales master data
- Acting as a team player in neighboring areas (goods and order bookings)
- Preparation of delivery and freight documents, customs documents
- Organization of goods dispatch via forwarding agents, parcel services, etc.
What you need
- Commercial or job-related vocational training
- At least 2 years of practical experience
- Good knowledge of foreign trade, customs regulations, logistics
- Confident handling of MS Office, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word
- A structured and independent way of working
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
- Service-oriented and friendly communication, especially on the phone
- Foreign language skills (written and spoken English)
