International partnerships thrive on personal interaction: Last week, Antennentechnik Bad Blankenburg GmbH welcomed Volkan Kayan to its Rudolstadt facility.
The visit focused on key topics related to the establishment and further development of the new Antentek Istanbul production facility, as well as close coordination of joint projects.
Together with Michael Märte and the team, key milestones were defined and specific next steps were identified:
- Detailed planning of the layout for the new production facility in Istanbul
- Coordination regarding equipment, tools, and necessary ancillary devices
- Further development of customer-specific projects and quotation processes
- Preparation for the international trade fair Busworld 2026 (June 17–19)
- Development and optimization of Antentek’s digital infrastructure (web, email, LinkedIn)
- Discussions regarding enclosures, sample parts, and technical requirements
- Planning of further visits and close on-site coordination
In addition, new projects were further refined, and collaboration in key areas of production and communication was further strengthened.
The in-person discussions on site demonstrate once again how important direct coordination is to the success of international partnerships.
Antennentechnik Bad Blankenburg GmbH looks forward to the next steps in the Antentek joint venture and the continued development of the Istanbul site.
