ATTB Antennentechnik Bad Blankenburg GmbH is systematically expanding its management system through a comprehensive funding project. With financial support from the European Union and the Thuringian Ministry of Economics, Agriculture & Rural Areas, internal processes and environmental aspects are being analyzed and optimized in a targeted manner.
A central focus of the project is the integration of an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 in order to ensure sustainable corporate standards. At the same time, existing processes are being analyzed with regard to the requirements of the automotive industry and the foundations are being laid for the introduction of a quality management system in accordance with IATF 16949.
Through the systematic expansion of its management system, ATTB is creating the conditions for future growth and responsible corporate management. The funded project strengthens competitiveness and underscores the company's commitment to quality and the environment.
The investment in process optimization and sustainable standards is an important signal for innovation and responsibility in the Thuringia region – made possible by targeted public funding.
