As a manufacturing team member (m/f/d), you will take on a wide range of tasks—from assembly and manufacturing to testing and documentation. You will work with state-of-the-art soldering and manufacturing equipment and play a key role in our quality assurance process.
Your responsibilities:
- Assembly and manufacturing (e.g., crimping, soft soldering, fault analysis)
- Testing and documentation
- Operating automatic soldering and painting machines
- Setting up equipment
- Training new employees
- Implementing quality management guidelines
What you bring to the table:
- Vocational training or career change welcome
- Manual dexterity and technical aptitude
- Experience in soldering is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work two shifts
