- Assisting in the resolution of quality issues within the area of responsibility (problem analysis, development and implementation of measures)
- Participation in inventory counts
- Supporting the training of new employees
- Application of QM & UM regulations
What you need
- Completed vocational training in business administration
- Knowledge of industry-specific products, processes, and technologies
- Knowledge of foreign trade, customs regulations, and logistics
- Knowledge of the company’s quality management system (organizational structure and workflows)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Absolute trustworthiness and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong assertiveness and a keen sense of responsibility
- Ability to make decisions decisively
- Foreign language skills (written and spoken English)
