What you can expect
- Incoming order processing and checking, documentation and internal communication, liaison function between customers and internal departments to ensure optimal order processing
- Actively supporting the sales team, customers and partners with questions of all kinds in German and English
- Responsibility for and execution of written and telephone correspondence
- Support and maintenance of the ERP system with regard to sales master data as part of the customer and material master data creation process, sales price maintenance
- Active customer communication
- Supporting sales staff in monitoring customer-related price and quantity structures and comparing them with customer contracts
- Maintenance of customer portals
- Support in the dunning process, clarification of differences
- Collecting, organizing and consolidating relevant information for internal communication
